Has not won anything, except service was great, drinks were delicious and strong. many extras for birthday. eating was not the best, but the comfortable bed and everything else was on it. in any case will come again.

We say your signs on I5 we were traveling back to Oregon and we were tired of being on the road. Got talked into your Experience package and was excited to use these offers. Room was decent, however no valet or Bellman. We thought we would use the casino cash on our cards. What a joke......we spend over $300.00 and didn't win not one thing. Machines super tight and not fair. Clientele was very shady to say the least. Extremely disappointed ?

The hotel staff was friendly and room clean. The food was great highly recommend the grill for a snack. The casino team was friendly and created an exciting environment. The valet staff was the best, entertaining and full of answers for all our questions as this was our first visit, and the valet parking is free.

Fun place to go in Redding! They keep the joint spotless and the employees are friendly. The food from the food court area is delicious and crazy inexpensive. Above all, the spa is phenomenal!! The service providers are professional, polite, and they listen to the guest to see exactly what they need. Prices are not too shabby, as well.

My husband and I booked 2 nights in the RV park and when my husband went to check us in the woman at the reservation desk asked for photo ID and my husband gave her his Oregon Driver's license. The woman would not accept it because it had a change of address sticker on it, which is how Oregon does a change of address, we are not required to get a new license. He then showed her another photo ID which was a concealed weapons permit and she took it. 10 minutes later 3 security guards showed up at our RV because she had sent them. The security was fine with the ID and said he would let her know. I called and spoke to a manager who was less than helpful and told me it was due to the other form of photo ID he provided. We have stayed here before without incident but can guarantee we will not frequent any part of this business again.
