I am extremely frustrated. Every time I order a white mocha and request whipped cream, the person taking my order insists that it automatically comes with it and that I don't need to ask. However, it never arrives on my drink when I receive it. This completely alters the flavor and ruins my coffee. Why should I have to return each time to address this mix-up? It's confusing when staff tell customers that whipped cream is included and then fail to add it. I always double-check my order to confirm that it doesn't say "no whip." Thank you for taking the time to read my complaint.
Recently, every time I visit, they seem to get my order wrong. I go to Starbucks at least three times a week, if not more. Now I’m faced with the hassle of driving 20 minutes just to find another location.
The sign on the door indicates that they close at 8 or 9 PM, but when I arrived at 4:30, the doors were already locked. I had placed my order online in advance, and I had already paid for it. Fortunately, the manager or someone in charge heard my calls for help while I was banging on the door and came to give me my food and drink. If they had still been open, I would have returned everything and requested a refund. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to take my bag and leave, as the place felt deserted at that moment.
Friendly and personable staff that serves up very tasty espresso unexpectedly quickly
