Mcdonald's - Redding

There was a very nice helpful patient there who helped me with my mobile order. I forgot my glasses in the car she helped me through the whole order. You need more costume service as they... She was amazing. After my order was completed anothr6 Associate sent me my order with a nice farewell! This special McDonald's has a great personal cleaning system. My order was quickly properly prepared. If you travel through this area, look for a good place to go. I recommend it here!

I love Macdonald's...it has been one of my favorite places since childhood. Macdonald's with the big arches and giving away the burglar and Ronald doll. Because it comes out from my childhood days with my parents and siblings...it is another one of my happy places that I love to go. I love the ideals and smiley faces there.

The food was fresh. It tasted really good. Paid a really good price for what I ordered. The staff were also really friendly and got my order to me fast.

I wanted to share that I received excellent customer service! We had a tiny mistake with our order recently and as soon as I notified the management, it was resolved immediately!! I know that things cannot go perfectly 100% of the time and we are all human, but what sets a business apart is how they resolve and continue to provide great service! We will definitely go back there!

I stopped going. Between the mess up's all the time and watching staff playing around slapping each other's face and then servering food during the start of Covid I decided enough was enough..... But then I went back.. I ORDERED the normal double quarter pounder with cheese, no onion and add lettuce. Well, I'm jealous of someone because I got this.... Couldn't even stomach it. Single quarter pounder with no mustard, no pickles, add mayo. Funny thing is they still messed this one up on top of giving it to the wrong person. They didn't put the onion on it. Epic fails again and again.
