Lombardi's Trattoria - Redding

I had a delicious and beautifully presented meal tonight. I enjoyed the tuna with mango salsa served over spinach and potatoes for $26, as well as the rigatoni Siciliano for $19. The portion sizes were generous, the waitstaff was excellent, and I loved dining outdoors.

When I called back to address the issue, the owner told me I should have checked the order before calling. He then said he would send the correct item. After spending $150 on an order that was now wrong twice, I requested a refund. Instead, the owner dismissed my concerns, saying that I wouldn’t find better food anywhere else, and then hung up on me. While the food is good, excellent service is what truly makes a difference. We won’t be returning.

There are plenty of Italian restaurants in this area, but my family and I were truly impressed by Lombardi. We ordered pizza, and it was absolutely delicious—on par with Frank Pepe. We can hardly wait to dine in the restaurant!

Worst experience and eating experience 2 times in succession, cash “alter balled man over there and in a dirty apron” has me and my wife of a cheesecake, if there is not a cheesecake in our take out bag then gave us a burned slice of cheesecake that still dwells a burned cheesecake taste in my mouth. then forgot, huh in my huhn alfredo and the minestrone suppe had no meat or just dripping noodles and water and tomato no sweets, once I called them to let them know mistakes from there, and they gave us again and said we didn't order a hafredo for it. I would never recommend that this restorer for anyone who is a cook himself, the guessing experience was terrible and that eating was terrible and the dirty have to go!

The food is freaking amazing here and the service is some of the best. I strongly checking this place out when you have a chance.
