Their online menu is misleading due to poor inventory management, which led to three separate instances where I regretted spending my money. From burnt, undercooked pizza to constant stock shortages, the staff lacks urgency and concern for customer orders. I called ahead and was told my order would be ready in 10-15 minutes. Eleven minutes later, it said it would take another eight minutes. To make matters worse, they didn’t have the sauce we requested for the bread. After waiting in the lobby for ten minutes without any updates, I watched as they offered other customers pre-packaged sauces while I never even received an alternative option for my order. It was so poorly managed that I couldn’t even buy a drink while waiting.

One of the pizzas was burnt, and her app wouldn't work, so I couldn’t get the promo code for a free large pizza. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t resolve the issue. On a positive note, the girl at the bar was cute!

They always mess up orders or burn Pizza , especially when they are delivered , call to talk to manager and they refused to get on the phone , so asked the the guy I was talking with if they could remake the Pizza's and bring the other one's back and I was told no asked again to talk with the manager and again they refused to get on the phone , that I had to call customer service , so I have to wait 7 to 10 days for my refund, instead of them just remaking them .
