I received my pizza in under 25 minutes, with perfectly crisp edges. It was delicious as always. The best pizzas in Redcar. I especially love the Italian meat pizza.

Very disappointed. Was recommended this takeaway and what a let down. Ordered two dead Texan burgers (which have 3 filling options of your choice . One with red onion, mushroom and pepperoni and the other red onion, spicy beef and pepperoni. Despite the boxes being labelled correctly the were both the mushroom ones. Mistakes happen so I gave them a ring to see if they 'd send another out and the guy on the phone didn 't really know what to say so he said he 'd phone the boss and get back to us. The bosses answer was that they were too busy. So I should either eat something I don 't like (the guy on the phone said can 't he just eat it or pay for food that we haven 't had... and £7.50 a burger isn 't particularly cheap either. Oh but we could have a free one in future. 1, I don 't ever order from somewhere I 've complained so that wouldn 't happen but 2, I don 't really fancy playing food Russian roulette tbh. Shocking attitude to customer service. To make this fair my wife 's only complaint about her food was that the onions could 've done with cooking. In a positive note the delivery guy was pleasant, shame his customer service doesn 't extend to the rest of the staff. Asked for the boss to ring us but zero sh**s given there by the looks of things

I ordered a chicken parmo wrap and waited for it to be cooked at the restaurant. The kitchen appeared to be quite smoky and not very clean. When my order was ready, I received it along with a warm can of coke (I suspect the fridge may not be working properly). Inside the wrap, the chicken was very thin, there wasn't much cheese, and there was a lot of bechamel sauce. My friend had some undercooked chips and we both noticed yellow lettuce. We didn't get many chips, but the garlic sauce was decent. The staff were friendly, but unfortunately, the food was a disappointment. I had been to this place when it first opened and had a good experience, but now it seems to have gone downhill. We ended up throwing away more than half of our meal and going to McDonald's instead. We have no plans to return in the future.

I went to this restaurant tonight hoping for a great experience, as it had been amazing when it first opened. The staff were friendly, but unfortunately, the kitchen was very Smokey. The canned drinks were not cold, the parmo was very thin with too much bechamel sauce and no cheese. The chips were undercooked and there were hardly any of them. The lettuce was yellow and I received a quarter of a block of onion. Overall, I was very disappointed and would recommend avoiding this place.
