The New Fairlop Oak - Redbridge

As I sit here waiting for my eating, two workers to observe and discuss how to stick my clothes from the table (gad knows what it holds! I regret my choice of pubs, no change of up, no speck in my friends burger and still no sign of food

I went with friends for drinks and food at this restaurant. I paid for parking, redeemed my drink, and now I am facing a fine for parking. This is unacceptable. Even though I would recommend this place to others, I won't bother doing so after this experience.

I ordered a drink for myself and my partner using the Wetherspoons App. It took 20 minutes for the drinks to arrive, only after my partner complained to the bar staff. The staff explained that they were short-staffed, which seemed like a weak excuse considering there were five members of staff present on a not very busy afternoon. They appeared disinterested and uncaring towards the customers. Overall, the service was very poor and we will not be coming back.

We visited the Gardens area and placed our order through an app. We waited about 10 minutes for someone to clean up the messy table, which was in a disgraceful state. Eventually, someone who appeared to be a manager approached us and informed us that dogs were not allowed in the area. They did not provide any further explanation or offer any alternative solutions. It would have been more considerate if they had informed us that they would not serve us due to our dog, so that we could have made arrangements to accommodate our pet and enjoy our meal in peace. After waiting an additional 10 to 15 minutes for our food, the person returned and rudely informed us that our meal had been refunded due to the no dog policy, before leaving with an attitude. It was disrespectful to not communicate with us and simply refund our meal without discussing the situation. We will not be returning to this restaurant and will advise others to avoid it.

Fantastic service, fantastic atmosphere. Staff are polite and friendly. Mainly Burhan, he was amazing
