The Mac Shack Specialties - Red Wing

Came here for a late night snack after a wedding at the St. James and it was amaaaaazing! 10/10 recommend. Owned by a very sweet couple that was so welcoming. The guy told us he smokes all of the meats in house too. Next time you're in Red Wing, you have to stop in! Really good food. Quick service too.

They are open until 3AM! We stopped by on the way back from IL and wow, what a plethora of options for Mac and cheese. Didn't realize it was so versatile.The price is affordable, the food was PLENTY, and the flavors were bursting. I would highly recommend any of their burritos...the wrap was cooked perfectly and it's just all the goodness packed in the middle.Nothing fancy about the interior but it does give you a welcoming, home in the wall, type of place.I would definitely stop by again when driving through Red Wjng.

Really good fire oven pizza. The Mac n’ cheese is rich and have many flavor profiles. We had the everything Mac n cheese and the lobster Mac n cheese. Both were great. The best deal is the kid’s menu. 7” pizza, chips, and drink for $5.

Pizza is a 6.8 out 10. Sauce was acidic tasted watery. Pepperoni was not crispy similar to Little ceaser. Classic Mac and cheese was not good. There was no flavor on noodle or cheese sauce. Prefer noodles and company over this. Place was nice, clean and helpful staff !

Knowledgeable and courteous staff. Good variety menu. I was able to get a tasty and filling meal that used gluten, dairy and meat alternatives.
