Wendy's - Red Deer

It was very buisy when we stopped for lunch. The server was friendly, and efficient. We both had salads. I ordered the taco salad, and they forgot to give me my taco's. After eating half my salad it dawned on me what was missing.

I use Tripadvisor to figure out where to go. So although there was not anything really wrong with this Wendy's I would prefer to try a different place nearby. The drive through was confusing as it is adjoined to a Tim's but they have separate poorly labeled drive through lanes. Went through the wrong one which does not serve Wendy's only Tim's and after getting through, went inside to order. This took another 10 minutes or so. Therefore I recommend going somewhere less busy. Plus it is often slow getting back onto the highway with the increased traffic as more places open in this area..

Friendly service, no wait, ordered a salad with all the dressings and chilli, a frosty ,onion rings, and a ice tea. Came hot , with lots of ketchup and napkins ...

Brand new Wendy's. Consistent level of food greatness. Friendly staff Love the new store layout with fireplace. Will be back Great location and parking

I ordered a spicy chicken combo and it was very painful to order because the cashier does not have a grip of the English language very well.Nothing personal as she seems like a very nice girl but it is just strange that they would put somebody like this as the cashier taking the orders because the potential for problems is great.The place was reasonably clean and even though it wasn't very busy I could tell that they were taking the fries and other foods out of the fryers the second that the beeping went off and even before that sometimes.I suspect that is why my chicken was undercooked and I had to throw it away.Also I ordered EXTRA tomatoes and only got 1 ( total) on my sandwich and it was the size of a quarter. If somebody asks for extra tomatoes they mean more than one and certainly not a small one
