Tim Hortons - Red Deer

Unfortunately this Tims usually runs quite slowly and features employees who don't seem to be monitored for service and overall people skills. They should expect to be busy as they are in a college, but they always seem to be surprised by long lines. A chronic issue as well is employees who don't talk loud enough for you to hear behind their mask and the plexiglass barrier. Thankfully the food and coffee is as good as you could hope and cheaper than the Starbucks down the hall.

Staff is great. But every single time I ask for a white milk I am told they only have chocolate. I love chocolate milk so disaster averted.

Always friendly and know my order when I get there. Definitely makes the experience alot more positive.

Loud and hard to hear anyone but coffee and muffin was good

Fast and courteous. New egg bites are great!
