Picnic Restaurant - Red Deer

The place itself was very elegant and well organized. The food was fresh and tremendously tasty. The staffs were extremely kind and their uniformity accentuated the proffesionality of the restaurant. The best homemade soup I've ever tried at a restaurant. Highly recommended to anyone who has not been there yet!

Not even close to Memphis bbq back home but it's good, not great.__Beef brisket wasn't as tender/moist Decent value, still hungry afterwards.

Stopped on our way between Edmonton and Calgary and I expect we'll be coming back.

Visit the city and needed a small, fast meal. I saw this place and we had a chance. What a beautiful surprise! It's not nice, but it's simple and clean with a good menu. The couples who own/run it are very friendly and helpful. The food was simple and very good. If I worked in downtown, I'd be here all the time! Next time I'm here, I want to get back in.
