Mcdonald's - Red Deer

Hands down the slowest mcdonalds ever! They don't effin care if you're a skip driver waiting for ordes, effin waste of time!!! We had to wait every time, so effin inconsiderate!!! Had to wait half an hour for the order when we could have gotten more orders, we're effin working here and not just passing our time. Some time it was over an hour and the shift was done even before we got the order. We could have earned more but no you people are inconsiderate. How do you even pass audit?? If you can't complete a skip order in a decent time why do it??? Does head office not investigate??? Worst worst worst those customers that are not skip drivers came and go already but those skip drivers can die in cold and waiting for all they care!

Have yet to receive an order that is correct. Food is either wrong, missing or not even what I ordered. Or im over charger for something.

Spoke to Carmen at mcD's about booking a kids birthday party. She was informative in answering all my questions, and went above and beyond to accommodate us for my sons birthday. Thanks Carmen!

We had an issue with a coupon in the drive through. The attendant working just kept saying the codes not working . We asked if she could get help. The manager came and in the end we ended up not getting the coupon price. Things happen I get it but when I asked to speak to someone about the issue the attendant laughed at us. The manager then spoke like we were not even there. She then proceeded to tell us we did get a discount price. Basic math says it was not the coupon price but that seems to not make sense to the person we were talking to. In the end it was not worth our time I don 't think they were seeing the issue and continued to laugh at us. That 's fine if you don 't agree but do not make fun of your patrons.
