Famoso Neapolitan Pizzeria - Red Deer

Well made pizza...make sure you ask for it "crispy". We ate at the same restaurant in Calgary earlier this year and it was awful...under cooked and sparse on the toppings. The Red Deer pizzeria was superior in every way. Maybe the pizza maker from Red Deer should go to Calgary for a few days and give a few lessons.

Excellent food ! ! Freshly made pizzas - red and white sauce with tasty toppings. The Caesar salad was really good. The soup was excellent. And hand made ice cream. Really enjoy eating here.

Been enjoy Famosa now every week or two for a few months. Although the food is great what impresses me most is the staff. They get to know you, your likes and preferences and make sure you feel at home. Ryan the manager is great.

The pizza has a very thin crust making it soggy. My husband loved his pasta and thought the sauce was the best he had in a long time.

We have quite a large family so when we go to any restauant it requires some planning but Famoso is one of those places we dont have to do much planning we can show up and they accomodate us every single time, the staff are fantastic handing my kids dough to play with while we wait for food, the food is always perfectly cooked and fast we are never waiting very long. We love this restaurant the food is great the staff are great and the family facilities are all there if that is what you need it to have, we love visiting this Famoso it is our go to eating out spot for special occasions or just because.
