Cowtown Beef Shack - Red Deer

I tried the southern pulled pork and it was excellent! The portion size was generous, and the meat was fantastic. The woman in charge (I believe her name was Tracy) maintains a very clean and efficient kitchen!

CLEAN is absolutely delicious and has a friendly atmosphere! If you're hungry and a fan of smoked and slow-cooked beef, this is the place for you! I can’t wait to try the pulled pork next! It's located in the Timberlands area of Red Deer—a true gem in the neighborhood!

It was our first time trying this restaurant, and we absolutely loved it! The portions were generous, the food was incredibly tasty, and everything was made fresh. We can't wait to return for more! The Santa Fe salad with poblano chicken was outstanding. Even my son, who can be a bit picky, enjoyed his mac and cheese alongside his beef sandwich. If you're a fan of BBQ meats, this is a must-visit spot in Red Deer!

I just had the Cowtown Special potato salad mixed with chile, and oh my goodness, how did I not try this before?! It’s fantastic! The service was quick, and they have the best beef dip and Cowtown cheese steak I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to come back!

I ordered takeout for a friend and myself, and we were really impressed with the food and the incredibly friendly staff. A special shout-out to the guy working tonight who suggested we get cheese sauce on the side to keep our sandwiches from getting soggy—you’re a genius and a hero! If you’re considering dining here, do it! Their smoked meats are out of this world—top-notch quality and flavor. You definitely won’t leave hungry. The restaurant is modern and clean, and the staff are genuinely nice. Highly recommend!
