Boston Pizza - Red Deer

Lasagna was alright. It did arrive hot and good taste but did not have much meat. Took a bit longer surprising for not being very busy. Check it out if you're passing

We went in for lunch at 1. The hostess asked us to wait for table. There were lot of tables empty. We waited and the hostess just went around back and forth with other people. And then she just completely ignored us for 15 minutes. We had to leave embarrassingly. Never ever again going to Boston Pizza again.

Would not recommend, went for lunch and had terrible service, in addition to waiting an hour for food to come out and when it did some of our order was wrong. There were only four other tables in the restaurant, and our plates were never cleared and we were not checked on once! We then after waiting an additional half hour for the bill, had to go to the front to pay and when advising the manager of our experience he had nothing but excuses and stated they were slammed when there was only four other tables. Find somewhere else to eat!

Boston Pizza as a whole is a pretty good chain. They don't seem to let there menu get stale and are adding new and innovative items all the time. Of course the old stand byes are always available. Good service and good food....

Boston Pizza has gone to the dogs! Would never go back. Dirty tables throughout lounge when we arrived, still there when we left. Coffee was barely warm and I ordered fettuccini Alfredo with breaded chicken. There was 1 small chicken finger cut up into 8 tiny pieces for the whole meal. Service was extremely slow. Dinner out is a treat these days and I would rather have stayed home and eaten boiled hotdogs instead of wasting my money
