This review is for a Sunday Lunch Buffet feast. The Gourmet Temple in Recklinghausen, Germany, keeps what the name is promising! The food is of very high quality, the choice is really huge and an armada of friendly and helpful staff is constantly resupplying the buffet, clearing the plates and make you feel really comfortable. There is plenty of really delicious food for you to chose from. Chinese, Mongolian, Japanese, even selected Western food items are avaibale. Pork, Beef, Seafood and Chicken sit side by side with tasty veggies and vegetarian dishes. Take some of the ready made stuff from the extensive buffet or take something fresh and uncooked and have the waiting Chefs prepare it for you in a jiffy. The buffet includes free flow drinks. The drinks are all of well known premium brands and come from the fountain or in bottles. Help yourself from the cool and fully stocked fridges. The restaurant is clean, everything is proper maintained, the bathrooms are well taken care of, the staff helpful and friendly. Really, difficult to find a bad word to say. Conclusion: Build up your appetite, you are in for a treat. Eat all that you can, drink as much as you want. Everything is sooooo delicious and will make you come back for more!
This time something was not okay.I was already 5x to eat there, tastefully everything was okay.,but when we were back home I had dipped right away. we have gone too foot...and the return of about 300m..Have no 50m longer been..Darm match was also only this evening..at the next day everything was good..because anyway, problems when working with too many finished products.and therefore also take almost exclusively Mongolian food...has finally still an ice cream.. had reported to me at the gourmet tempel. what was going on.
We were today with two more friends at the gourmet tempel in recklinghausen. we all took the buffet for 22,90 €. here are all softdrinks included. beer, wein and other alcoholic beverages must be paid at a lower price additionally. when we wanted to order beer, this was unfortunately out of hand today. the restaurant is relatiw large and has many tables that are set up in individual areas. still it was relatiw loud and reminiscent of kantine atmosphere. the device is typical Chinese. the selection at the buffet was quite good. there were sushi and the usual roasted appetizers. In addition, some pre-cooked main dishes were offered and of course the Mongolian buffet with different meats and fish varieties. also the dessert buffet was very good. Here were two chocolate fountains, ice cream, cream brulet, obst and other tasty ones available. Conclusion: sushi and appetizers were good, but the selection was not excessively good. the choice at the meat was o.k. but unfortunately there were only six marinade that were not really tastefully matched and good. there were missing raw ingwer, garlic or chili to pluck up the spits themselves. in the whole the visit was order, but we had already eaten better and experienced a better atmosphere in the restaurant. another visit will no longer be worthwhile for us.
A very large asia palast, somewhat impersonal, but this is at the art restaurant stop so. there is only buffet, who doesn't like it shouldn't go. probably the best choice I have received in Germany so far, with the exception of sushi. they are like everything super-lecker, but the selection is rather ridiculous. cleverly built, high space with artificial, often interrupted walls. good sound protection and it is not the impression of a giga restaurant. the deep garage is too small, no chance on a place if it should be really full. the price for the buffet is absolutely appropriate.
