A win every city.Solche individual gastronomics are unfortunately too rare. here you can see that the employees come to work with joy and take care of their guests with passion. we were four and we were looking for a quiet chat. the employees were obviously trying to give us a quiet little bit, which they also succeeded. even when several new visitors came, they were placed so skillfully that we would lead our conversation uninterrupted. the service is attentive, but not intrusive. the employees worked professionally and also had expert knowledge. in the world

Were in the gold again tonight. we have eaten several times there. the food is exceptionally good. the service is very nice and you feel immediately comfortable. we live in recklinghausen and know the gastronomy in our city. this restaurant is the best in our city.

Because of the very good critikens, we and a friendly couple decided to spend a cozy evening in the golden piece in recklinghausen. Unfortunately, I must add a rather bad criticism to the positive critiken just mentioned. but so it is now, and therefore belongs here to the side.It was Saturday 17.06.2017 and the evening started so relaxed. a table ordered in the gold piece and with the anticipation of a relaxed evening taken away to recklinghausen. arrived in the gold piece, after a short time it turned out that something was wrong with the organization of this yet very pleasant locality.After serving the first drinks we wanted to order the food. the young, very friendly and polite man who was responsible for our table declared that he wanted to receive the order immediately after he got something to write. the time passed, the young man went in and out again, sometimes to the one, sometimes to the other table, only to our he did not come. after approx. 20 minutes we managed to draw him attention to us again. the orderings have now been recorded, but not carried out. of the ordered food for 4 people only three were served. the fourth food was served only after repeated reclaiming on our part. the whole very nice, with courtesy and great regret. but does not use anything if the fourth person has to watch the other three while eating delicious.It was good that two of the three were salads that allowed to wait for the fourth. so the fourth had not to eat alone. as compensation we were offered a coffee or espresso at the expense of the house, which we also liked to accept. but only three drinks were served here. the fourth espresso was served only after two notices. again with polite regrets.Now, unfortunately, this was only the tip of the eisberg. also what the supply of the drinks started, the service was not better at any time. drinks did not come, or only after several times. feeling caught up in a great location didn't come to stand at all. Unfortunately, the chaos has moved through all night and ended with the fact that even the bill of at least 205 euro for 4 people was wrong.In this case, we had to complain the same and demand the too much paid 2.60 euro back. all in all this unfortunately a Saturday evening, which was not completely fallen into the water due to the pleasant location.Surely, the gold piece is a great location in recklinghausen, but this will certainly not see us again as guests who want to eat something. for a drink certainly, but no more to eat. a bad evening was enough.

Personal and eat just great. dishes are fresh and on the spot exactly. super selection of drinks and an ambiente to feel comfortable. we'll be back.
