This place is another local informal dining etablishment that base their menu on what they grow...in Italian it is referred to as an agriturismo. The menu is simple, the attention to combining locally farmed, genuine ingredients in traditional Friulian dishes, comes from years of experience, patience and craft, the result is simply the best that Friuli can offer. The brasato with onions was simply divine, not to mention the rabbit stewed to perfection my partner in crime ordered. This place is a must if you want to eat like you are someone's house that knows how to prepare friulian cuisine. Great experience, will definitely come back!
I go there every year around christmas, it's a sort of tradition. This year I went there with other 3 friends to have a traditional friulan dinner. The place is very warm, traditional and well kept. The food choice is not wide, but it offers only traditional dishes and products of the region, together with a good local Friulano (tocaj wine. The prices are very good too, with 20 euros you will be more than satisfied! Next year i'll go there again:
