Ps Shake N' Wrap - Reading

Good eating and shakes need to talk better engilsh although makes it hard to order by phone and they need a long time to deliver

The restaurant was unprofessional and untrustworthy. They delivered a completely different order because some items were out of stock, without informing us. When we called to inquire, they refused to give us a refund. It was a complete waste of money.

I have ordered from this restaurant twice. The first time, it took 1 hour to receive 4 burgers, and the second time they were even later, arriving 1 hour and 20 minutes after the expected time. They also forgot a part of my order. When I called to complain, the person on the phone told me not to order from them again. Overall, a terrible experience.

Worst takeaway I've ever had, was supposed to take an hour to arrive, when we called them the man on the phone was unhelpful, unapologetic and rude, then said the food would be with us in 5 minutes. The food took an additional 45 minutes. When the food arrived my meal had no drink, the chicken in my wrap was burnt had no pineapple, and was poorly wrapped. I also paid 50p more for rice with my meal instead of chips but got chips anyway. The chips I got were over cooked and over salted. Didn't even finish my food and now feel sick. If you want rude staff, awful service and disappointing food then this is the takeaway for you.

No doubt about the good food but you have to be patient. Mostly busy in the evenings so you will have to order and not expect immediate delivery. Give it hour or so. It is worth it in the end. The shakes are very good and their honey masala wings are wow. Everything is grilled which is really good apart from the chips. Good sauces too thumbs up.
