Wawa - Reading

Always go here for my coffee and gas. The staff are always friendly and rough in the morning because we?ll I have no coffee yet. But if I'm going and Jeff's there, the joke and sniper makes the day so much better immediately

The restaurant has a spacious layout, which would have earned it more stars. However, the absence of a baby changing table in the bathroom is a significant drawback. The only option for changing your baby is in the public parking lot outside, sitting in your car, or using an unsanitary toilet with the baby on your lap, or on a dirty bathroom floor or sink counter. This aspect needs improvement.

The cooler shelves were empty, but there was a visible amount of backstock from the entrance. The restrooms, unfortunately, were in terrible condition. The women's restroom had tampons and feces on the floor, toilet paper stuck to the ground, and there were stains of blood and urine on the toilet seat and surrounding toilet paper. The sales floor was sparse, and the employees appeared disinterested, as if they didn't care about their jobs or take pride in their work.

I had a disappointing experience at Wawa because the staff insisted on using a plastic bag, even though I didn't want one. They ended up tossing it away anyway. Their approach to environmental protection seems lacking.

Wawa is great. Super convenient. But this Wawa location for whatever reason is the worst to order soup from... 99% of the soup is broth. Then has a couple noodles and one peice of chicken. Waste of money. Happens half the time we get soup from there. Refill your soup or scoop from the bottom. Whatever you are doing, it should be a simple fix.
