Taco Bell - Reading

I stopped by this Taco Bell on my way between job locations and met an incredible employee named Felix. He was working incredibly hard during a busy rush, despite being short-staffed. Felix was handling everything—food prep, cooking, and making sure the waiting customers were happy—all with a smile on his face. Even under pressure and running low on supplies, he continued to express gratitude to customers for choosing Taco Bell. I've visited many locations before, but I’ve never encountered someone like Felix. The team is fortunate to have him! The corporate office should recognize how well he took care of the customers, maintaining his composure and efficiency despite the challenges. Customers noticed and appreciated Felix's efforts. Excellent job, Felix! They are lucky to have you. Happy New Year!

I'm a big fan of Taco Bell! The food tastes amazing, the employees are friendly, and the service is quick.

The service here is excellent. The new Chipotle Chicken Melt on the value menu is really tasty, with just the right amount of spice.
