My first visit the milk that was put out for coffee was soured, when I brought this to her attention and asked for her for a fresh coffee I was met with attitude and not an apology. Then before leaving I tried the sweet green tea I ordered to find there was no sweetener. When I brought this to her attention she yelled at me saying I was creating a health hazard by setting my cup down. She then put sweetener in a cup, spilled it then proceeded to throw the cup across her work station and became even more rude to me. The second visit she got my order incorrect again and upon me correcting her she mumbled under her breath and walked away. When I asked to know who her manager was she refused to give me a name after I asked multiple times. I am tired of being unable to order a coffee without a negative attitude or rude comments.
Quick service during non-peak times, which takes a few minutes to get your order. I?m not really a Starbucks person, but the first time I went, I ordered a strawberry lemonade refresher and it tasted great with ice and strawberries. It?s my favorite beverage here, especially if I?m tired. You can get a strawberry refresher that has caffeine, add lemonade with a slight charge, or get lemonade if you don?t want the strawberry juice and caffeine. Staff are very kind. Great service. Weekends, holidays, Fridays can be very busy with a line, but not like the very long drive-thru line at Starbucks near the urgent care and Walmart in Wyomissing. Good coffee cake too. However, in rare cases, they can be closed due to shorthand staff trained to work there. Also, an employee gave me attitude when I went to get my drink because of the way I said it, but that was either in October or November. The drinks are kinda expensive. $3.95 for a tall (smallest size) sized refresher is pricey. Recommend, but if it?s very busy and you have to rush and be somewhere at a certain time, then it?s not a good time to stop here, as it was really busy and I had to take the bus, and left because I didn?t want to wait 30 minutes for the next bus.
Really dissatisfied with service. This pandemic is getting worse and Starbucks stuff dont use gloves when they prepare coffee. Can't just touch coffee cups and lids with bare hands and serve to people after. Guys get ur act together, and practice safety.
Just tried this location for the first time, and the Barista was extremely friendly and helpful! (Bit of a coffee newbie, so my knowledge past iced mocha is very limited. Tastes great, service was great, I was upset I wasnt able to tip her, so instead I wanted to give a short review! I'll definitely come back!
The older Lady working at the coffee bar around 1:50 on 1/1/19 was rude and stopped me while ordering. She also was slamming things and kept telling me to hold on while ordering. Worse experience ever especially on New Year?s Day. Never again. Her name was Beth. Very rude. Absolutely never again. I agree With the review below. Smh. She deserves to be fired.
