Pizza Hut Express - Reading

Stay away!!!! I ordered online at 5:45 got there at 6 15 like they said my done time would be. When enterng there were 8 people ahead of me waiting. NOT a good sign. At 6 40 the manager states that it will be another 30 min. What!?!?!?!?! I demanded my money back along with 6 others and left. So angry. I will not return!!!

Pizza was decent, the reason for the low rating is their staff answering calls was NOT knowledgeable of their specials and deals going on. They kept insisting that we had to pay for when their special listed on the website stated otherwise. A tad slow on the delivery time but was an okay experience. If you have the choice to order else where I would suggest you take that option and not go here...it's NOT worth the hassle.

I ordered a large pizza with three toppings, but I received a cheese pizza without any toppings instead. I couldn't find a phone number online or on the receipt to contact someone about this issue.

Every time I place a takeout order, they seem to lose it and claim that I ordered from the wrong location, despite the fact that I have confirmation numbers and emails as proof. The staff is incredibly unhelpful and apathetic, consistently failing to do their jobs properly.

Who can I email? The pizza had very little sauce and the pizza was a little overcooked. Both on our plain cheese and our half pepperoni half pineapple. Not pleased this time.
