Please stop leaving those young people who work without someone who has full experience running there. As soon as I started coming back to this, they sink the ship again.

Horrible experience. Order was to be ready at 4:37. I walked out with my food at 5:08. And there were no chips as requested. No bacon on my husband's Wrong Doug. It was only cooked on one side. I also noticed the staff didn't seem to be in any hurry at all with the long line waiting. Didn't even START my order until after 5:00. When I ordered at 4:21. Doesn't anyone have any motivation anymore? This is ridiculous! $30 worth of food and I have to eat it with freaking Tostitos because there's no bag of chips. Thanks a lot jerks. Won't be coming here again.

I agree with the other reviews. This place use to be good. Not sure what happened but last 2 times I went I wished I hadn?t. I do think the portions have decreased but more importantly the taste. I got a bowl and it?s awful. Not even sure why other than it just doesn?t taste good. There?s an obvious change in staff and food quality.

We used to love this location, however it has really gone down. Small portions and incorrect orders plague them on the weekends. Today we got the smallest burrito I have ever seen and had almost no chips with the bowl of queso ordered and they forgot parts of the order. They also added the wrong ingredients in other things we ordered. This is the norm for the last 4 times we have gone to this location. Don't waste your money and go somewhere else!

This was the worst Mexican food I have ever had. The tortilla chips were stale and the restaurant was dirty. It felt like eating at an overpriced Taco Bell. I will never dine there again.
