Kfc - Reading

This has to be the worst KFC in the entire country. The staff here is incredibly lazy; I've never seen anything like it. You'll find yourself waiting in the drive-thru for 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging your presence, even when the place is empty. You have to honk your horn or pull up to the window just to get someone to come over and see if they're even open. It's really frustrating. It seems like they never change the oil, either. For years, management hasn't taken any steps to improve the quality of employees or the food coming out of this location. I honestly don't know why I keep hoping things will be different.

I had a really disappointing experience with the service. I arrived right at opening time, 10:30 am, and the manager told me to wait outside because they weren't ready to open yet. I ended up waiting 15 minutes before I was allowed to come in. Once I was inside, she directed me to use the drive-thru instead, where I waited another 10 minutes before my order was finally taken.

I've always been a fan of KFC, but today they really dropped the ball with my order. They forgot to include my sides in a $54.57 order. Now I'm stuck at work and they'll be closed by the time I get off. I've been trying to call for the last two hours—over ten calls—and no one is answering.

This is by far the worst KFC that I've ever been to. Avoid this place at all cost. They never have what you want to order and try to convince you to take whatever they have already made up. The chicken comes out flavorless and all screwed up. Managementshould be ashamed of themselves. KFC should consider revoking the license with this franchise. I gave a one star rating, but itdoesn't even deserve that

My Famous Bowl was absolutely delightful! It was fresh, and the chicken was perfectly tender, just the way I enjoy it.
