Just really bad food and a real creepy place and non friendly workers I had not been to KFC in about 15 years and I'm never going back save your money and go to taco bell KFC is to expensive for the bad food. 5/20/22

They are very underoccupied, so long delays in order. they focus on filling drive-thru orders first, so their best bet can be. for ordering over grub hub or other apps, please do not crazy to their supplier. the delay is not her fault. food: 5/5

For the third time in the last story I went to kfc and returned home without food. recently I went to my local KFC restaurant on lancaster ave, in shillington, Pa.I was there on 18 november 2022, Friday night at 17:15 o'clock. I wanted to order chicken pliers and I was told that there were no offers available, they were frozen. 5:15 on Friday! the car in front of me wanted to write out and was turned away. I called my wife on the parking lot because of the situation and saw that behind me four cars turn off! I like to eat kentucky fried chicken, but I was not successful to get any food from this can! I like the chain, so I thought I should tell someone. I'm gonna eat kfcs with others, but I'm never gonna eat this again. I'm too often burned here. KFC is one of the best fried chicken, but this particular place is a shame for this great brand. I have bought several times here and this was the last one. This time the problem was that the smashed potatoes tasted like chicken feathers, and the fried chicken doesn't have enough flavor, and looks like it was heated in the microwave.Don't they have quality control supervisors like the other franchises?

I ordered two three piece with mashed potatoes and gravy med soda and a biscuit. Got it delivered. Grubb driver put on step. When I brought it inside. I ended up with two piece no Pepsi s. One mashed potatoes. Plus Cole slaw. Tried to get refund. Got refund but couldn't explain the rest that was missing. Instead it said it refunded the part I checked.phones are off the hook.cant even contact them!
