Dunkin' - Reading

If you get a big coffee with a Slash of COVID and a side of Ghetto absolutely. Staff do not wear masks and they are very unprofessional, especially the supervisory authority.

Numerous times I was driving thru and the same girl was loud,obnoxic and unprofessional. What makes things even worse is that every time she is there, my coffee is shed and the food is cold, even though she let me wait. I command the same at different DD and it tastes as it should. Unacceptable costume service.

I tried to give this place a chance, but wow. I wouldn't even give them a star. Every time I go, they're rude to me and my son. My order is never complete or they never have anything. Today is the last time I will order or go there. What a disappointment!!!

I really have tried with this location, but every time they disappoint. On my most recent visit I waited in the drive thru line for 10 minutes (and no, nobody was in front of me) before someone asked me for my order. I repeated my order to the employee not once but three times and each time even slower because he kept asking me to hold on. Despite me repeating my order they still got it wrong, and it wasn't anything difficult just an ice caramel macchiatto with oat milk with less ice. Instead I got a regular macchiatto with more ice than anything else. Do yourselves a favor and drive further to another DD location.

Love my cup of Joe! Love Dunkin donuts coffee and goodies. I learned from my parents and now I'm 59. And still a faithful customer.#1 in my book! I have tried others but I always come back to Dunkin' donuts no one can beat you guys number one!
