Chipotle Mexican Grill - Reading

I visited this restaurant to satisfy a craving, but the experience was incredibly disappointing. I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my feelings. Almost everything was out of stock—no rice, hardly any meat or toppings, and they didn’t have napkins or plastic utensils available. The dining area was dirty, with none of the tables cleaned off. Additionally, the staff were rude and made my burrito sloppily; it ended up cold and soggy, as if they didn't care. I think I'll be sticking with Chipotle on 5th Street from now on. I went to support Fur the Love of Animals, but I won't be returning any time soon. The food was cold, and the queso was disappointing. The burrito was overly chewy. They even charged me for a small amount of guacamole on my burrito—seriously? Overall, it was not a good experience! I’ll be sticking with Moe's; it's ten times better. I have had quite a negative experience with this establishment. There have been multiple errors in my recent orders, and even when I placed an online order, I had to wait an excessive 25-30 minutes for it to be prepared. On a previous visit, I endured an additional 30-minute wait, only to be informed that they had sold out or were unable to prepare more of the food. Service: Take out
