8899 Chinese - Reading

Prompt delivery with order accuracy. The orange chicken meal, shrimp with lobster sauce, egg roll and pizza rolls were enjoyed by the individuals who ordered them. The lobster chow mien was quite the opposite. Unfortunately, the lobster chow mien had a slimy soupy texture and boasted a strong fishy smell and taste that did not sit well with the two individuals who tried it. It's smell and taste was extremely pungent which caused us to discard the entree in fear of spoilage. It was a bit disappointing. I might try this restaurant again in the future to give it a second chance, but will not be ordering the lobster chow mien again.

Food is always awesome and fresh. Delivery driver is almost always there earlier then the time they give you which is great.

I rarely complain but when I called to place my order the guy had a attitude over the phone for no reason When my food arrived they rushed for me to come out after i just got off the phone with them. Food arrived cold, small portions It wasnt even all that. They need to work on customer service because without customers they wont have a business. Just being honest.

I love this place my girlfriend and I order from here regularly the food is great the prices are fair and the staff are nice great place great food great staff

Got the shrimp lo mein and wonton soup. Food was good, but service could have been a bit more friendly and personable. The person that took my payment seemed like they didn’t really want to be there. I left with the feeling that I was inconveniencing their day.
