In addition to pasta and bean soup, there are no vegan dishes. And the pasta was not very good, we didn't finish it even though we were hungry... The place is beautiful.

They do not have vegan options and the non-vegan options they have are not very easy to veganize. plus given that vegan cheese literally for age in an airtight container I think there is no excuse for a place that wants to make sure more people don't have it today. I visit Razlog every year and this is the place where I eat 90% of the time. Your vegan marinara pizza is just too delicious to skip. You do not have many options for vegan unfortunately - just a pizza, a pasta, grilled vegetables and various types of potatoes. But that's good enough for me because they always deliver them so delicious. Probably the best place to eat in Razlog.
