Gabe's Cajun Food - Rayne

Small place, but was busy with locals and people. We drove through the ride, but went on and went out and they were friendly. Each seemed to be done in the house and not frozen. Burgers were pretty good, so read the chicken. Would recommend.

Sometimes I don't enjoy it so much other times, but all the others swear by Gabe's. I think it's a local, but definitely worth a try when you go through. Pro Tip: Order in advance.

The first time here. Excellent food and service. Everybody's so friendly. Best rice suit I've ever had.

This place was a hole in the wall but it was outstanding. The gumbo was smack licking good. And the frog legs were to die for, they were nice and big.I highly recommend this place and I will be back again. Don't let the looks fool you don't judge a book by a cover. It is awesome!!!!

We stopped at this place on a truck when we were in Rayne. The food is from this world! The fried pork chop sandwich made you want to hit someone! The fried cat's smiling in your mouth! The food and the staff here are up shelf from top to bottom! I will return!
