A lot of the crew told their lead person they weren?t trained on practically everything and just stood around and talked amongst each other. Forgot all my dipping sauces I paid extra for and this is the final product for my order imparticular. Supposed to be lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan wing and this is what Igot. Not going back again.
I did a online carryout order, no issues at all. The wait time was 35 to 45 minutes. For people new to Wingstop, the wings are cooked to order, so there is ALWAYS a 15 to 20 minute wait, even if you go at 2 o'clock on a Tuesday. This is a new location, so wait times are going to be longer due to the amount of business. Duh. Secondly the food was cooked perfectly, it was hot and fresh. The wings the fries. Service was good, the young lady at the counter was friendly. I'mvery happy with my experience and will definitely be returning.
Ordered my food about 6:27pm today, 6/16?left at 7:30 with no food. People before and after me all got their food. I asked how long about 7:15, and I was told 5 more minutes. Food never came. First time at a wing stop. Last time at a wing stop. Update: went back last night to give them one more chance. 5 people in the restaurant. Maybe 10 tickets to prepare. Told me the wait was going to be 1 1/2hrs. Nope. Not doing it. Wing stop has been around for almost 30 years. Whyopen a new restaurant without an experienced manager for the first month? A trainee? The reviews alone between Raymore and Lee?s Summit are not a good look for the company.
