Sonic Drive-in - Raymond

Wow. 40 minutes to get FAST food! and it wasn't even right! I'll never be back at my lunch break to sonic in raymond. I hate being that we have very few places to get a quick lunch in the opposite!

Waiting on my order for 30 minutes never received. Tried to cancel my order because I had to leave. Waited another 20 minutes because they cannot find my receipt even after me showing them the charge on my card. Never got food or a refund. Worst customer service.

They got our ice and drink out to us in a short amount of time (it wasn't very crowded so it made sense) and the people were extremely nice.

I guess this is God’s way in telling me don’t do it.I Never knew a fast food restaurant could be this slow. It wasn’t even rush hour. So many people left out of frustration of the long wait. I waited for over 20 minutes and left. I don’t think I’ll ever visit this place again.

This is for the Raymond, MS location. Extremely slow service! Food items too high! There are a few friendly employees but the majority of them are HORRIBLE!! Especially the ones at night and the ones on the weekend. I will bypass that one sometimes just to go to the Byram or Clinton location.
