Pizza Hut - Rawlins

We decided to order to-go and eat inside our car since we had our pup with us and I guess the server noticed and she rushed outside just to give us some plates and utensils. Great service! and the pizza was delicious as well!

Did not get my pizza for over an hour. It wad cold. Ordered with chicken it didn't even come, neither did the little red pepper flakes or parmesan shakers I had in the order. Tried to call they just kept telling me to hold. I drove up to the pizza hut andthe managers were just talking to each other without concern to any customer issues. She comes up I explain what's up shegrabbed my chicken from off the table where it has sat for over an hour not even in the warmer. And just hands it to me withouteven an apology or any concern what so ever. Most unprofessional manager I have ever delt with.

Ordered delivery. Paid for items I didn't receive then spent the next hour being placed on hold. They don't correct their mistakes, they just wait until you get tired of waiting. Order from someone else, this place is trash. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We got the melts. We both enjoyed them. I got the meats and asked only fir pepperoni, both sausages and the beef. Staff was friendly and courteous!

I'm giving this place 2 stars because of the lack of help they had for customers. I had Krystal as my waitress and she was fantastic! If she isn't manager she should be. It was crowded and I saw her trying the best someone could do to help the customers by serving, running the cash register and helping in the kitchen. I can't say the same about the rest of the staff I counted at least 3 in the kitchen and a hostess I believe and they seemed to care less if anyone got helped and all disappeared and left Krystal by herself to do everything. Pizza Hut you can do better than this, its not COVID anymore.... hire some staff!!
