The quality of mushroom soup has deteriorated. It was too liquid

Very slow delivery take more than one hour after placing order

Didn’t tell customer dine-in use takeaway boxes also, ask them about it then the girl on the right give me the impatient look instead of answer my question, professional. Didn’t give fork and spoon, garlic bread and onion ring are cold, mushroom soup is watery, worst restaurant.

Very good customer service the cashier and the other staff. Friendly

An add on was left out on my order recently and when enquired , I was told to pay an al carte price. Why do I have to pay extra for her mistake. Another thing I would like to highlight is, why are we as customers told to wait outside the premise , during take away orders , for 20 mins in a hot warm environment.
