Kpov Coffee Bagel - Ravenna

Two stars simply for the fact that at opening, this place was already overwhelmed with a family having some kind of birthday party. The 2 employees were clearly overwhelmed with the chaos.We were sadly disappointed with this place.Questionable food safety with the employees not wearing gloves/washing hands. One of them had cream cheese all over her hand while preparing the food.Eggs are microwaved. Bacon was really really crispy from the microwave. Coffee was barely drinkable I actually just tossed it after a few sips). Kraft singles were used for cheddar cheese slice and they were out of several other toppings. With the 3 sandwiches we ordered, one was changed to a plain bagel with cream cheese, due to the lack of ingredients...the other two were tossed in the trash after a few bites.Limited seating options, one table with chairs and a couple of coffee tables and dining chairs.We were optimistic for a fun, quick, fly in bagel spot, but this place isn 't it for us.

What an awesome place to stop by for a coffee and bagel sandwich! One can easily just relax and watch the planes or strike up a conversation with a pilot or one of the locals that stop in. Joe and his crew, Bill, Steve, and Andrew, are all super friendly and happy to serve. Best coffee in Portage County!!
