Chipotle Mexican Grill - Ravenna

The service line needs to go through food handling safety training again. Wet soapy hands sliding into wet soapy gloves does not give me confidence that I won't get sick after you handle my burrito. Ingesting soap wasn't on my menu for lunch. Goodbye. Forever.

Food was good but if you try to call and put something on your door dash order since chipotle doesn?t give us the option to add, it never goes through needs fixed either the call or the additive on the app

Ordered from the app in the parking lot and they had it ready for pickup in 5 minutes. This Chipotle is one of the best in the area

You never know what you're getting here. Occasionally it's like a regular chipotle. Other times....inconsistent portions, crunchy rice, meat is cut into giant pieces(which are never the right temp imo), sometimes with a bunch of fat, or too salty. Having to repeatedly ask for more to get a normal amount. Also been ripped off in the drive through as others have said. Double steak bowl was over$15 and about 1/3 full. What a shame...so convenient to order online and pick up.

I ordered a chicken bowl online hoping I wouldn't ripped off AGAIN but I was too optimistic... just because you cant see your customers in person doesn't mean you should rip them off. I'm not the type of person to complain much either but this is actually ridiculous... the bag of chips was almost the same weight as the bowl. Don't order from this location unless you want to pay $20 for a 1/4 cup of food.
