Champs Chicken - Ravenna

My team and I went to a Robotics Competition and decided to have lunch at this restaurant. We knew it might take some time to get our food due to our large orders, but we were not prepared for the poor service we received. The workers were rude, talking down to us in front of other customers. Taking our orders was chaotic and disorganized. The chicken was undercooked and my potato wedges had hair on them, definitely not mine since I have purple hair. Despite the stress, I still gave a $10 tip, but that does not excuse the disrespectful treatment we received. I would not recommend this restaurant.

I recently got lunch from Champs Chicken. The staff was very friendly and quick. I ordered the 3-piece chicken tender meal, which cost me about $9. Just a heads up, the meal does not come with a drink. The chicken was okay, but it wasn't very warm and certainly not hot, so I deducted a star for that. The macaroni and cheese was hot, creamy, and delicious. The green beans were good, but I'm not a fan of beans in general.

The chicken was fantastic.
