Arby's Roast Beef - Ravenna

The general manager was rude and unpredictable. I tried to make the best of the situation, but it was difficult. He had clearly been given a position of authority despite having a questionable background, as his certification didn’t have an expiration date. His behavior made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I was there during my lunch break, and the atmosphere was disappointing. The food I ordered was overcooked, and it was evident that it had been left on the grill for too long. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.

It was a pleasant dining experience—definitely an above-average Arby's.

We went to get some fish sandwiches, and if you haven't tried them yet, you absolutely should! They are our favorite among fast food chains. The macaroni and cheese is also fantastic—rich and creamy. So delicious!

He's passing through town today. At first, we were impressed with how clean and efficient the place was. We even complimented the lady behind the counter. Our food order was spot on, and the service was quick and friendly. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

I really love this restaurant! Just a heads up: their website states they're open until midnight, but they actually close at 11.
