We often ordered here, were always very satisfied! But today's order has surpassed everything. We ordered the food shortly after 9:00 (3x pizza, 5x pasta, 1x chicken). To our question, if we should get it, the answer came in 5 minutes. We very irritated asked again, came an absolutely unfriendly answer: this is probably a colder! To order so many foods and then re-spray! We need an hour. And there the kitchen is normally closed. We then asked again whether the order is possible or not, then got the confirmation in 1.5 hours the food would be ready to pick up. We assumed the food was just prepared. After another 45 min!!! came a call from the very unfriendly lady: we now think about whether to make the food at all, because so many food is already funny that the net is being picked up. In response to our demand, the lady said they would start NOW and would be ready in 1.5 hours. The order was then canceled.
