Fiddlers Creek Restaurant Bar

Personally did not really enjoy my experience, popped in for a quick bite, ordered the prawns which were too sweet for me as they were done in a sweet chilli style as opposed to the usual garlic&chilli prawns, not to my taste as the honey with the prawns was a bit strange. I did ask for them to be taken back and much more garlic and chilli added which they happily did but prawns can easily be overcooked which they slightly were after and still super sweet the cheesy potatoes were also unexciting so I covered them in mustard and they were edible but nothing to write home about and not very flavourful.

Nice tables outside along the river, with local musicians playing on the other side of the river. But our server did not smile even once! She was bored and lethargic and didn't care if she served us or not.

Found the price for the portion of food not great. Food itself had no great flavour. Waited far to long for the food. Staff were friendly all the same. Atmosphere wasn't great, in regards to it been dead. Nice location all the same.

All the above stars are accurate. A lovely place to eat or have a drink, good staff. We had a main course which was was tasty and stayed for the live music later .. All round a great night....

Pub looks cool so decided to have lunch here, I had the bacon and cheese burger and chips, the burger tasted of nothing, very disappointed. The chips were good. My wife enjoyed the fish and chips so much we came back again the following day so I tried the chicken with pepper sauce this time, it was just OK and the chips were over cooked. Pints were good both times. Young waitress was friendly but the rest of the staff seemed uninterested in helping anyone. Prices are about average approx €50 for 2 people(no starters or desert)
