I tried the Poly Max Enchiladas from the Specials Board (made with tofu and vegan cheese) and I have to say, it was one of the best dishes I've ever had. The flavor was absolutely amazing! I truly hope they consider adding it to their regular menu, as it's too good to only be offered as a special. Despite not explicitly stating it on their menu, they are very accommodating to vegan options and can substitute ingredients like tofu, vegan cheese, and vegan ice cream. They even offer vegan pizzas with their vegan cheese. They take special care with vegan orders, which is greatly appreciated. This restaurant was a pleasant surprise in terms of how delicious the food was and how accommodating they were to vegans. We will definitely be returning!
