Przekaż informację zwrotnąThe lady who worked the drive-thru was quite rude and unfriendly. we had no complaints about our drinks or something, it seemed just harassed by everything. we were here, but are going through with the family, and my family also in the car ride thru right behind us felt the same: decent drinks, rude and unfriendly service from no reason except that we existed and had the audacity to disturb them with an auto thru order. next time we are in the city, we choose a local coffee place.
Worst experience. After sitting in the long drive through the line, they have messed up our order. not the end of the world, so we went in to fix it. waits in the long line inside. the cashier immediately said oh yes so sorry that I did it again. after reprocessing they were again wrong. then, when I said it didn't look like it was normally, they stared at me. another barista says: “I think they don’t add ....” They stared at me more. as if I were wrong. I asked for a refund. again it would not have been the end of the world. I would have taken my refund and simply not returned to this place. EXCEPT...they have yelled me and my 10 year old daughter on the sarcastic wise to “have a big day”. then the whole load turns around and looks at us. I was never rude. I never made it a big thing. You accused me that you didn't accept a product I paid for was not right. for those who will read this if they ask, we had an incredibly difficult morning as a family. I wanted to treat my daughter for the hard morning she had with her autistic brother. Sometimes it’s more about the customer and the way they treat them than the product they use. I will not return to this place and called to speak to the company itself. it is not always about the product. you could have treated us better.
Damn, they don't waste time. management is terrible. they don't even listen to the employees about job problems, so they definitely don't care what a customer has to say. they are there to gather a scary, that's it. I would recommend going to a local shop! better people and better coffee, better overall experience. plus they don't have to set up with a job of employees. also the half of the time that the inner is closed, why the trip was wasting when black hill mixing is around? do you save urgas babes xoxo- sunshine?
I ordered through the app today, and when we came, it was obvious that they were super smashed. the drive thru line was almost out into the road, the parking was packed, and the inside was full of customers. the baristas worked as fast and as hard as possible. I waited in the sound on the inside because there was a mistake with my order (which is understandable when they were busy). there was a woman complaining before me and rude to the baristas, because their order was not yet out, but it was obvious that they were so busy and did their best to keep with mobile orders, running gear thru, and in-person all at once. for me, it is understandable if it takes longer to get accustomed. I guess I write this review because I want the baristas and employees to know that they are appreciated and make a great job! thanks for the work so hard my coffee was delicious, and this is one of my favorite places because the staff are so cheerful and friendly, even if they are under stress! they deserve an increase!
