Maple Street Bbq - Rapid City

Been to this place 3 times now. The first time it was great. The last two times it?s been absolutely horrible. Dried out brisket ribs not even cooked all the way. There idea of smoked turkey is a joke processed garbage. Not sure if can even callwhat I got mashed potatoes. Looks like they were sitting in a steam table since the night before. Need to add that this wassupposed to be a family size meal.

First time ordering food from Maple Street BBQ. Will be the last!! Ordered brisket, sausage, and pulled pork, along with sides and rolls. Brisket was very dry and burnt could not eat any of it. Sausages was very dry, and the pulled pork it was some whatdecent. As far as the rolls we ordered we received a half load of Lakeland bread. They reported they do not make rolls butoffer sliced bread. I was thinking maybe they made bread loaves and slice it but nope you literally get a half loaf of storebought bread which I could have just used my own. Wow what a disappointment on the entire meal experience from Maple StreetBBQ. We sure do miss Dickies BBQ!!!

We were traveling through the area and were craving some BBQ. We should have ordered pizza. Hopefully this was just an off night for the restaurant. Nothing was good. The brisket was fatty and burned. The smoked turkey was super dry. The pulled pork was okbut dry. The sides were also a bust. Baked beans tasted like vinegar?? Green beans would have made great baby food because theywere so mushy. The cabbage in the coleslaw wasn?t crunchy at all and the flavor was more like sauerkraut than coleslaw. I thinkour bad order was probably just a quality control issue. The food could have been good if it was fresh, I think.

Love this place. Good prices, great food. The guy that made our meal was kind and had patience with us! ????. Then later kindly cleaned up a giant spill. Recommend! They offer discounts for military, teachers,etc too! And free ice cream??

We had Maple Street cater a large family reunion in Wall, SD, a few days ago. They charged a small fee to deliver and the food was outstanding! Moist brisket and pulled pork with all the fixings delivered hot and ready to eat. I definitely recommend thisrestaurant and their kind staff for your next get-together!
