Holiday Inn Rapid City-rushmore Plaza

The staff here are incredibly friendly and well-informed about local tourist attractions. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable; however, the bathrooms are rather small and don't have adequate ventilation. One downside is the absence of USB ports in the rooms, which is inconvenient given how many electronic devices my family travels with. All things considered, I would rate the rooms a 4 out of 5.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! It was my second visit, and I couldn't have been more pleased. The staff was exceptionally friendly and provided outstanding service. Nico prepared a delicious prime rib, and his warm personality and enthusiasm for his job were evident. T was crafting personalized omelets that were not only delicious but also brought a fun energy to the kitchen. My waitress, Ms. Summer, was like a little mixologist, whipping up unique flavored mimosas—definitely ask her for a surprise! Once again, I was thoroughly impressed by the staff. Additionally, the rooms are equipped with microwaves, which is hard to come by in hotels these days—a definite bonus in my opinion!

Regarding the food and drinks, we had a delightful breakfast. You have the option to pre-order breakfast for delivery to your room, or you can choose from a breakfast buffet and a regular menu available in the restaurant.

The internet in the large lobby of this convention center hotel is very poor. I had to stand at the front desk to access the internet on my computer. The front desk personnel are behind a large mounted plexiglass divider left over from covid that doesn't facilitate a friendly, welcoming environment.Rooms: 5/5

The hotel was nice. The room had a weird smell but other than was nice. Good breakfast and restaurant were good. So cool that they have a bar as well
