Przekaż informację zwrotnąThere was no one in the drive-thru, even though there were only a few cars in front of me in the parking lot. I waited 5 minutes to order just a sausage croissant sandwich, and then waited another 5 minutes for my sandwich. To top it off, the sandwich was cold.
The restaurant's website stated that they were open until 11 o'clock, but when we arrived at 10:30, they were already closed. They explained that it was due to a shortage of staff. I also work in a restaurant and understand the challenges of being short-staffed, but we always ensure to serve our customers who arrive before closing time.
The restaurant was dirty inside and my meal only lasted for 13 minutes. I asked for fresh fries when I noticed them sitting in the window for a while. For $28.00, I expected my two meals to be fresh and hot. My biggest complaint was the parking lot, with oil and grease spilling out of the trash area onto the front parking spaces, making it dangerously slippery. I had to help an elderly couple avoid slipping as they got out of their car. When I informed the manager, he seemed indifferent. The handicapped ramp was located at the far end of the lot, forcing people to navigate through the slippery mess.
Ordered online to pick up in drive-thru and sat 10 minutes in drive-thru. When I moved into the window, thry began to make my food. that is ridiculous service and should have been ready when I got into the window.
I truly do enjoy their food but they have always been slow in service.... even before the pandemic and employment shortage. Love their food though and the prices aren't bad either!!
