Arby's - Rapid City

After being subjected to racist comments, a member of the staff angrily slammed their head on the counter and attempted to start a physical altercation. All my children wanted was some mozzarella sticks. I had no choice but to request for a different server.

I wish I had read the reviews before going to this Arby's. I ordered extra crispy fries, but when I tried one, they were limp and cold, far from crispy and fresh. My chicken sandwich was disappointing too, as the bun was twice the size of the patty, making it seem more like a bun sandwich than a chicken sandwich. Overall, I was very disappointed.

The drive-thru line is usually long, but the food is always delicious.

I try giving this location a chance every few months. Night shift is consistent, but before 3pm the day shift consistently makes mistakes. Partially on me but I don’t always sift through every bag after waiting in line for 27 minutes. This time after asking for sauce twice, my order was short a sandwich and missing sauce. Just a sloppy disorganized location.
