Caribou Coffee - Raphine

I was thrilled to discover this restaurant after being a regular customer in the past. Unfortunately, I was disappointed when I ordered an XL mango iced tea and it tasted like coffee. It seems like they are using the same equipment to make tea and coffee, which is not ideal. I would give the drink 0 stars, but the friendly staff prompted me to raise my rating. The management/owner's response was to email customer relations, but I had already done so before leaving a review. I have yet to receive a response to my email, which makes it seem like they are not truly addressing the issues at hand.

I really like Caribou, but there is a significant issue with the work ethic at this location. They did not open today and even after the posted opening hours, the employee came in just to put up a sign and leave. It was a total letdown.

The drinks are fantastic and the service is friendly, but the only problem is that the restaurant is not always open. They usually open around 7 o'clock, but you can't always count on them being there.

This restaurant is a fantastic spot with excellent coffee. Their take-out service is top-notch and the prices per person range from $1 to $10. The food, service, and atmosphere all deserve a perfect 5-star rating.

I simply wanted two cups of fresh drip coffee with no lattes or fancy drinks, but the server ignored my order. Despite only three people ahead of me, it took her 20 minutes and she still couldn't manage to pour two cups of coffee. Frustrated by her lack of attention and rude attitude, I left without receiving my order. She even sarcastically wished me a nice day. Strange and incompetent service. Dine-in experience.
