Lunch 2 couples, that it's long, 3/4 h between the aperitif and the entrance. warm gambas, back in the kitchen, after hot the very banal dish, very good lamb mouse, holy jacques cooked to point, damage even sauce as the gambas a vanilla tip in addition. the drinks of aperitif remained on the table all the meals. We won't go back, don't go back!
I knew better about this restaurant a few years ago but the team changed.Map and menu no more, not really original, kitchen not too refined family plutot (sleeve of duck, apricote,...) Tribute the setting is nice, a nice but fast service overflowed and yet it was not the crowd.20 euros/pers for 1 dish coffee 50cl of wine in pichet and apéro
Friendly welcome but a little slow service, few dishes with fresh products unlike the name of the restaurant, uncontrolled cooking of meats and fish, damage...neanless foie gras and poultry home! The fruits with cream rise are quite disappointing prices remain affordable.
That's because it's home, that's for sure; but at this level the industrial is desirable. Of course, the q/p report is medium, because it is really cheap; But that's it. 2 menus of the day; 1h30 to be served at noon in week by insisting and with 25 people in the restaurant. the fish and meat have exactly the same accompaniment, i.e. brownish fries too cooked and 2 well-oiled rosty doughs (no choice possible). the calf tab is served grilled/black and the cod cuckoo enseveli under an unidentifiable red crouted thing. the entries are off topic (a potato salad with herrings mid-aout, is it a bistro of Vosges country that?); 2 desserts available (burned or brownie cream) without any gustative interest. Ah yes, service slow chairs made of hard wood = not well. Several customers were talking about requesting cushions. The country setting is beautiful, the large room, the smiling boss (not the waitress) and it is (mal) made home. That's all we can say.
