Food is okay for a gas station, the manager Shana there is always rude to her employees and customers. The parking lot is always dirty and littered with trash. And I always see dishes sitting on the floor from the sub station. Honestly they need some new management. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Date: November 5, 2019 Around 2-3 PM, I ordered two subs from Crosby's in Ransomville, NY, and I must say, the subs have been quite disappointing over the past six months, but today was the worst experience yet! The ham sub had no cheese, wasn’t toasted, and barely contained any ham. The chicken finger sub was also a letdown; the bun wasn't toasted as we prefer, and the sub was cold when it should have been warm. It was just bland and unappetizing. We decided not to order from them again, especially since our total came to over $21. They used to have great subs, but something seems to have changed; perhaps the staff needs better training. A few months ago, I ordered a pizza, and I can say that even a frozen pizza would have been better. Recently, I tried to order a ham sub, only to find out they were out of ham. Imagine that! And yesterday, I tried ordering a Philly steak sub, but they informed me that their meat was frozen, so I ended up getting other subs, which were equally disappointing. If you’re just in the mood for an onion sub, Crosby's might be the place for you, but their food quality has seriously declined. To top it off, they don’t provide bags for your purchases—something I’ve never encountered at any other store. Disgusting. The cashiers are polite, but I suppose they have to be, otherwise no one would come back for the food. Fast forward to November 8, 2021: I ordered a pizza with a few sides, one of which was supposed to be extra mushrooms. When I got home, I realized they hardly included any mushrooms at all. There was just one piece of mushroom on each slice, despite paying for double the amount. We should have checked before leaving, but it’s frustrating that this happened again. Most recently, on April 17, 2023, they had a special for steak subs at $9.99 throughout April. However, the staff taking my order didn’t even know about the promotion, and after five minutes of waiting, they finally got it sorted out. I ordered two large steak subs, but they forgot to cut them in half, and once again, the subs were dry—no Miracle Whip or mayonnaise as we requested. We also asked for them to be toasted, and that didn’t happen either. It’s always a consistent disappointment; most restaurants don’t mess up subs this badly.
